It will give you carrots in your garden in the spring when nobody else has them and when they are fetching high prices in the shops. A very important autumn sowing vegetable breakthrough.

Sow seeds from late winter to autumn in drills 1cm (½in) deep, spaced 30cm (12in) apart.


Winter sowings for a really early crop can be made in a coldframe or greenhouse.

As soon as the seedlings are large enough to handle, start thinning them out so that they are finally 1cm (4in) apart. The last thinnings will provide tender roots just large enough to be used.

Continue sowing until mid or even late autumn in mild spells. Harvest late spring onwards.

We deliver anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland for a flat rate cost of €4.90 up to 30 kg. Should your order be in excess of 30kg, we will notify you in advance of the shipping cost.

Deliveries are dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 2 - 5 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labeled.
