Clubroot Resistant!


The first cauliflower with Clubroot resistance. Cauliflower Clapton is a versatile late summer to late autumn maturing variety, depending on its sowing time.


Produces excellent flavoured quality, uniform, large, solid and deep white heads.


It has taken over 18 years of conventional breeding to develop a variety that can combat the devastating brassica disease Clubroot and this superb variety is the most resistant we have ever grown on our trials.

Sow seeds late April to June thinly into well raked soil, 1cm (½in) deep in drills 23cm (9in) apart. Alternatively, sow seeds thinly, 7mm (¼in) deep in pots filled with a free-draining compost, under glass. Lightly cover seed with a sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Transplant these sowings into 7.5cm (3in) pots and grow on in a cool glasshouse or coldframe until large enough to plant outside.

Thin seedlings when large enough to handle, and transplant about 5 weeks from sowing, 6cm (2ft) apart each way. Plant firmly, water well until established.

Deliveries are dispatched on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your order within 2 - 5 working days. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labeled.
