Pressure-washing is messy and takes a surprising amount of time. It often roughens surfaces, thereby encouraging rapid algal re-growth. Patio Magic is a dynamic algaecidal detergent which works without the need for manual scrubbing or pressure-washing and it takes just minutes to apply.

Brintons Patio Magic is an anti-viral and anti-bacterial disinfectant, fungicide/algaecide and detergent. It kills mould, algae, mildew and moss within typically 2-3 days, has a secondary slow-acting cleaning effect on many surfaces, and normally helps to prevent re-growth for many months. It is readily biodegradable, contains no bleach or acids, and is fully HSE and PCS approved.

Suitable Surfaces include : Patios, Tarmac and Asphalt driveways, Fencing, Decking, Pathways, Roofing, Painted & Glazed Pots, Garden Furniture and Ornaments, Weatherboard, Brickwork, Masonry, York Stone, Concrete, Pebbledash, Garden Sheds, Greenhouses, Conservatories, Gravestones, Gravel, PVC, Caravans, Tennis courts and other artificial play/sports surfaces.

Patio Magic is also ideal for use on delicate surfaces such as glass, rendering, mortar and plaster.

Also suitable as pre-paint fungicidal washes, and is also approved for use on interior hard surfaces.

Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labeled.
