Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labeled.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

If it is necessary to return items for ether of the above reasons, please send us an e-mail to sales@gardencentre.ie, and note your name, order number and item details before returning the parcel.

Goods returned must be posted to:

Atten: Horkans Garden Centre, Turlough, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these conditions.
